Bimsa: Basement, cellar, where we store what we want to preserve over time.
Kalarrites (where the waters flow well), a mountainous place, on the peaks of Pindos, proud, prosperous during the Ottoman Empire. It was destroyed in the Greek revolution, rebuilt, flourished even more.
The few remaining residents, hold fast to the traditions, practice professions with no prospect of succession, speak and take us on a journey through the history of the place.
Stone and wood, the dominant architectural elements of the village, produced by the local quarries and forests.
Houses, cobblestones, bridges, roofs, faucet covers, made of gray limestone, something special and impressive.
